Click IT Solutions may procure the pre-designs template at the costs stated on templatemonster.com. There are no limits to the number of template pre-designs a company can choose to integrate with our Hosted Content Management Service, however each are cost separately.
Each template is provided as is and only the dynamic content (text, title, company related….) and logos are changed to fit company publishing needs. Image and other customization are a separate service.
Further modification can be achieved by consulting Click IT Solutions web design team, which would be at an additional cost.
All template related content must provided by purchaser before a template design can be converted into a functional CMS enabled website. Other content is maintained and added using the administration tools provided as the back-end.
A domain name will be required for public access to your CMS website e.g. www.yourcompany.com. Click IT Solutions will help you in acquiring that domain name; however we do not guarantee availability of any domain names. Each template design is one (1) page and dictates the look by dynamic areas within the single layout. Please note that pages are dynamic and therefore the system is responsible in constructing each page viewed. This is done by taking the requested content and wrap it in the template, for that content. More than one templates can be used to show different look and feel for different content or types for the same website.
Each hosted CMS service is maintained within Click IT Solutions datacenter. Monthly payments begin the day the service is registered and are billable after every 28 days. You can also pay annually , semi-annually or quarterly, if you register to pay annually your domain name will be registered for FREE, this saves you $22.53 USD for the first year. every year thereafter your domain name re-registration is $9.99 USD. These costs may vary, and Click IT Solutions reserves the right to make these changes without prior notice. However by our policies we most times send out pre-action notices to keep you as best informed.
Payment via cash, or cheque or credit card of initial Price fee based on your plan, must be received before your site is made public or your domain name is registered. On receiving this payment Click IT Solution will register the domain name and purchase any pre-design which you have chosen, integrate with solution and make public the website and admin tools, all this happens within 5-10 days after payment receipt. Please note that initial plan fee does not cover unique design template from templatemonster.com however within each plan, you get a free template design choice of value equal or less $100.00 US as a none-unique design.
